Senior IT Support Specialist - network troubleshooting (remote)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Oak Banking Services and adding a Senior IT Support Specialist whose main responsibility will be network troubleshooting. You would join a small organisation of about 48 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • Experience with account openings. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Baltimore. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
