Senior IT Support Specialist - network troubleshooting (remote)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Yarrow Banking Services Group and adding a Senior IT Support Specialist whose main responsibility will be network troubleshooting. Most people here started in a branch and stayed. What you will do • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • Experience with branch operations. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Tucson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
