Senior IT Support Specialist - network troubleshooting (remote)

Summit Corner Construction builds commercial and industrial projects around Jackson. We are hiring a Senior IT Support Specialist to take on network troubleshooting. You would join a small organisation of about 78 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • Experience with permits. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Jackson. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
