Senior IT Support Specialist - network troubleshooting (remote)

Silverline Orchard Arts Center is an arts centre in Columbus with a full calendar of events, and we need a Senior IT Support Specialist to lead our network troubleshooting. Evenings and weekends are part of the job. What you will do • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with visitor services. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Columbus. • We reply to every applicant.
