Senior IT Support Specialist - network troubleshooting (remote)

Cedar Forge Health Group is a healthcare provider in Orlando with clinics and support teams, and we need a Senior IT Support Specialist to lead our network troubleshooting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with patient education. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Orlando. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
