Senior IT Support Specialist - network troubleshooting (Phoenix, AZ)

Cedar Cobalt Learning Group runs classrooms and tutoring across the Phoenix area. We are hiring a Senior IT Support Specialist to take on network troubleshooting. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Phoenix. What you will do • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • Experience with attendance records. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Phoenix. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
