Senior IT Support Specialist - network troubleshooting (Philadelphia, PA)

Nova Forge Foods produces packaged foods at its Philadelphia plant. We are hiring a Senior IT Support Specialist to take on network troubleshooting. You would join a large organisation of about 411 people based in Philadelphia. What you will do • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • Experience with allergen controls. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Philadelphia. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
