Senior IT Support Specialist - network troubleshooting (Philadelphia, PA)

Ironwood Wilder Insurance Group is an insurance company in Philadelphia with claims and service teams, and we need a Senior IT Support Specialist to lead our network troubleshooting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • Experience with catastrophe response. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Philadelphia. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
