Senior IT Support Specialist - network troubleshooting (Philadelphia, PA)

Stonegate Yarrow Hospitality Group runs guest-focused properties across the Philadelphia area. We are hiring a Senior IT Support Specialist to take on network troubleshooting. Promotion from within is common. What you will do • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with guest bookings. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Philadelphia. • We reply to every applicant.
