Senior IT Support Specialist - network troubleshooting (Orlando, FL)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Linden Hospitality and adding a Senior IT Support Specialist whose main responsibility will be network troubleshooting. You would join a small organisation of about 137 people based in Orlando. What you will do • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with reviews and feedback. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Orlando. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
