Senior IT Support Specialist - network troubleshooting (Orlando, FL)

Nova Kestrel Manufacturing makes precision components in Orlando. We are hiring a Senior IT Support Specialist to take on network troubleshooting. We value people who work safely and speak up. What you will do • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with tooling. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Orlando. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
