Senior IT Support Specialist - network troubleshooting (Orlando, FL)

Ironwood Bridge Arts Center Group runs a venue and education programmes in Orlando, and we need a Senior IT Support Specialist to lead our network troubleshooting. Everyone pitches in on show days. What you will do • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • Experience with exhibitions. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Orlando, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
