Senior IT Support Specialist - network troubleshooting (Omaha, NE)

Stonegate Keystone Arts Center Group is looking for a Senior IT Support Specialist. The job centres on network troubleshooting for visitor services, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Evenings and weekends are part of the job. What you will do • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • Experience with visitor services. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Omaha. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
