Senior IT Support Specialist - network troubleshooting (Oklahoma City, OK)

Cedar Quill Hospitality operates hotels and event venues around Oklahoma City, and we need a Senior IT Support Specialist to lead our network troubleshooting. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Oklahoma City. What you will do • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • Experience with housekeeping schedules. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Oklahoma City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
