Senior IT Support Specialist - network troubleshooting (Oklahoma City, OK)

We are growing our team at Northwind Harbor Environmental Services Partners and adding a Senior IT Support Specialist whose main responsibility will be network troubleshooting. You would join a small organisation of about 12 people based in Oklahoma City. What you will do • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with fleet maintenance. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Oklahoma City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
