Senior IT Support Specialist - network troubleshooting (Oklahoma City, OK)

Bright Linden Civic Services provides shared administrative services to local governments around Oklahoma City, and we need a Senior IT Support Specialist to lead our network troubleshooting. We follow procedures carefully and explain them clearly. What you will do • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • Experience with budget submissions. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Oklahoma City. • We reply to every applicant.
