Senior IT Support Specialist - network troubleshooting (Oklahoma City, OK)

Foxglove Cross Banking Services provides everyday banking and small-business lending around Oklahoma City. We are hiring a Senior IT Support Specialist to take on network troubleshooting. We keep decisions close to customers and expect people to explain things plainly. What you will do • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with deposit accounts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Oklahoma City. • We reply to every applicant.
