Senior IT Support Specialist - network troubleshooting (Oklahoma City, OK)

Amberfield Meadow Community Partners is a nonprofit in Oklahoma City supporting families with food, housing and job help. We are hiring a Senior IT Support Specialist to take on network troubleshooting. You would join a large organisation of about 266 people based in Oklahoma City. What you will do • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • Experience with client intake. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Oklahoma City. • We reply to every applicant.
