Senior IT Support Specialist - network troubleshooting (Memphis, TN)

Foxglove Clear Energy Partners is looking for a Senior IT Support Specialist. The job centres on network troubleshooting for meter readings, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with meter readings. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Memphis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
