Senior IT Support Specialist - network troubleshooting (Memphis, TN)

Lumen Rook Manufacturing Group is looking for a Senior IT Support Specialist. The job centres on network troubleshooting for work orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with work orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Memphis. • We reply to every applicant.
