Senior IT Support Specialist - network troubleshooting (Memphis, TN)

Clearpath Thistle Insurance Group provides coverage to households and businesses around Memphis, and we need a Senior IT Support Specialist to lead our network troubleshooting. We care about how people feel on the worst day of their year. What you will do • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • Experience with premium billing. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Memphis. • We reply to every applicant.
