Senior IT Support Specialist - network troubleshooting (Memphis, TN)

Bluepeak Vista Community Partners Group is a nonprofit in Memphis supporting families with food, housing and job help. We are hiring a Senior IT Support Specialist to take on network troubleshooting. Mission matters here, and so does looking after staff. What you will do • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • Experience with food distribution. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Memphis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
