Senior IT Support Specialist - network troubleshooting (Madison, WI)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Junction Community Partners and adding a Senior IT Support Specialist whose main responsibility will be network troubleshooting. We are small enough to know everyone's name. What you will do • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with benefits enrolment. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Madison. • We reply to every applicant.
