Senior IT Support Specialist - network troubleshooting (Kansas City, MO)

We are growing our team at Northwind Vista Financial and adding a Senior IT Support Specialist whose main responsibility will be network troubleshooting. Trust is the product, so accuracy and clarity matter. What you will do • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with loan applications. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Kansas City. • We reply to every applicant.
