Senior IT Support Specialist - network troubleshooting (Kansas City, MO)

Nova West Environmental Services serves homes and businesses with collection and disposal in Kansas City, and we need a Senior IT Support Specialist to lead our network troubleshooting. We take pride in clean streets. What you will do • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with landfill records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Kansas City. • We reply to every applicant.
