Senior IT Support Specialist - network troubleshooting (Kansas City, MO)

Harborlight Willow Construction Group delivers building projects for owners across the Kansas City region, and we need a Senior IT Support Specialist to lead our network troubleshooting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with safety records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Kansas City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
