Senior IT Support Specialist - network troubleshooting (Kansas City, MO)

Cedar Oak Legal Group is a law firm in Kansas City serving businesses and individuals. We are hiring a Senior IT Support Specialist to take on network troubleshooting. We are a close group and share the work. What you will do • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with court deadlines. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Kansas City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
