Senior IT Support Specialist - network troubleshooting (Kansas City, MO)

Westbrook Sable Staffing is a Kansas City staffing firm for warehouse, office and healthcare roles, and we need a Senior IT Support Specialist to lead our network troubleshooting. We are in the people business and act like it. What you will do • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • Experience with retention. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Kansas City. • We reply to every applicant.
