Senior IT Support Specialist - network troubleshooting (Kansas City, MO)

Clearpath Juniper Civic Services is looking for a Senior IT Support Specialist. The job centres on network troubleshooting for constituent requests, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Benefits and stability attract long tenure. What you will do • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with constituent requests. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Kansas City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
