Senior IT Support Specialist - network troubleshooting (Kansas City, MO)

Redstone Meridian Telecom is a telecommunications provider in Kansas City focused on reliable home and business connections. We are hiring a Senior IT Support Specialist to take on network troubleshooting. You would join a small organisation of about 81 people based in Kansas City. What you will do • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with billing accounts. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Kansas City. • We reply to every applicant.
