Senior IT Support Specialist - network troubleshooting (Kansas City, MO)

Amberfield Juniper Hospitality runs guest-focused properties across the Kansas City area, and we need a Senior IT Support Specialist to lead our network troubleshooting. You would join a small organisation of about 31 people based in Kansas City. What you will do • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • Experience with reviews and feedback. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Kansas City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
