Senior IT Support Specialist - network troubleshooting (Kansas City, MO)

Foxglove Cedar Civic Services supports public agencies in Kansas City with budgeting, records and programmes, and we need a Senior IT Support Specialist to lead our network troubleshooting. You would join a small organisation of about 29 people based in Kansas City. What you will do • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • Experience with public records. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Kansas City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
