Senior IT Support Specialist - network troubleshooting (Jackson, MS)

Harborlight Meadow Manufacturing is looking for a Senior IT Support Specialist. The job centres on network troubleshooting for customer orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We value people who work safely and speak up. What you will do • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with customer orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Jackson. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
