Senior IT Support Specialist - network troubleshooting (Jackson, MS)

Highbridge Rook Markets Partners operates grocery and general-merchandise stores around Jackson, and we need a Senior IT Support Specialist to lead our network troubleshooting. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Jackson. What you will do • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • Experience with pricing. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Jackson, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
