Senior IT Support Specialist - network troubleshooting (Indianapolis, IN)

Nova Ashton Banking Services is a regional lender in Indianapolis with branches and a growing mobile service. We are hiring a Senior IT Support Specialist to take on network troubleshooting. You would join a small organisation of about 154 people based in Indianapolis. What you will do • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with card disputes. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Indianapolis. • We reply to every applicant.
