Senior IT Support Specialist - network troubleshooting (Honolulu, HI)

We are growing our team at Summit Granite Markets and adding a Senior IT Support Specialist whose main responsibility will be network troubleshooting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with shrink and waste. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Honolulu, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
