Senior IT Support Specialist - network troubleshooting (Fresno, CA)

Foxglove Stone Freight is a Fresno logistics company with trucks, warehouses and dispatch. We are hiring a Senior IT Support Specialist to take on network troubleshooting. On-time is the promise and we work hard to keep it. What you will do • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • Experience with proof of delivery. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Fresno. • We reply to every applicant.
