Senior IT Support Specialist - network troubleshooting (Fort Worth, TX)

Redstone Sable Construction is a Fort Worth contractor with project managers, trades and support staff. We are hiring a Senior IT Support Specialist to take on network troubleshooting. We build things that last and we are honest about schedules. What you will do • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • Experience with change orders. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Fort Worth. • We reply to every applicant.
