Senior IT Support Specialist - network troubleshooting (Fort Worth, TX)

Ironwood Junction Markets Group serves neighbourhoods around Fort Worth with fresh food and everyday goods, and we need a Senior IT Support Specialist to lead our network troubleshooting. You would join a large organisation of about 954 people based in Fort Worth. What you will do • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • Experience with promotions. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Fort Worth. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
