Senior IT Support Specialist - network troubleshooting (Fort Worth, TX)

Silverline Granite Financial is looking for a Senior IT Support Specialist. The job centres on network troubleshooting for account servicing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Career paths are clear. What you will do • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • Experience with account servicing. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification.
