Senior IT Support Specialist - network troubleshooting (Fort Worth, TX)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Wren Telecom Partners and adding a Senior IT Support Specialist whose main responsibility will be network troubleshooting. We keep people connected and take outages personally. What you will do • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with service installations. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Fort Worth, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
