Senior IT Support Specialist - network troubleshooting (Fort Worth, TX)

Clearpath Cobalt Property Management looks after rental homes across the Fort Worth area. We are hiring a Senior IT Support Specialist to take on network troubleshooting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with resident events. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Fort Worth. • We reply to every applicant.
