Senior IT Support Specialist - network troubleshooting (Detroit, MI)

Stonegate Juniper Hospitality is looking for a Senior IT Support Specialist. The job centres on network troubleshooting for food costs, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 702 people based in Detroit. What you will do • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • Experience with food costs. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Detroit. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
