Senior IT Support Specialist - network troubleshooting (Dallas, TX)

Bluepeak Harbor Environmental Services is looking for a Senior IT Support Specialist. The job centres on network troubleshooting for service complaints, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We take pride in clean streets. What you will do • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with service complaints. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Dallas, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
