Senior IT Support Specialist - network troubleshooting (Columbus, OH)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Lakeside Telecom Partners and adding a Senior IT Support Specialist whose main responsibility will be network troubleshooting. You would join a small organisation of about 41 people based in Columbus. What you will do • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • Experience with field visits. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Columbus. • We reply to every applicant.
