Senior IT Support Specialist - network troubleshooting (Columbus, OH)

Fernwood Ivory Legal Group is a law firm in Columbus serving businesses and individuals. We are hiring a Senior IT Support Specialist to take on network troubleshooting. People here care about clients, not just cases. What you will do • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • Experience with client files. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Columbus. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
