Senior IT Support Specialist - network troubleshooting (Cleveland, OH)

Foxglove Granite Markets operates grocery and general-merchandise stores around Cleveland, and we need a Senior IT Support Specialist to lead our network troubleshooting. We are friendly and busy, especially on weekends. What you will do • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • Experience with store inventory. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Cleveland. • We reply to every applicant.
