Senior IT Support Specialist - network troubleshooting (Cleveland, OH)

Clearpath Cross Civic Services Group provides shared administrative services to local governments around Cleveland. We are hiring a Senior IT Support Specialist to take on network troubleshooting. What you will do • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • Experience with constituent requests. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification.
