Senior IT Support Specialist - network troubleshooting (Cincinnati, OH)

Greenridge Lantern Property Management Group is a Cincinnati property manager with leasing, maintenance and resident services. We are hiring a Senior IT Support Specialist to take on network troubleshooting. You would join a small organisation of about 30 people based in Cincinnati. What you will do • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with rent collection. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Cincinnati, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
