Senior IT Support Specialist - network troubleshooting (Cincinnati, OH)

Clearpath Umber Banking Services Group is a regional lender in Cincinnati with branches and a growing mobile service. We are hiring a Senior IT Support Specialist to take on network troubleshooting. You would join a large organisation of about 539 people based in Cincinnati. What you will do • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with fraud alerts. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Cincinnati. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
